My experience was buying the service for a year. Apparently they are a Microsoft partner. I don't think I really needed it but it was 60 % off and the request to buy would not go away . I am not even sure what I paid for. Maybe microphone and camera protection, I already have other anti virus software. So fine thanks bye

I mean it works, So what more do you want? If it worked more with me doing less to start up every different product then it would rate higher. I did find out how to tell the program to start on start up, but I feel this should be some shoved in your face.
