When you initially completed your intake, an authorization hold was placed, which is standard to verify payment details. After you requested cancellation, our team voided that authorization on the same day. This means the hold was released and no funds were captured by ReadyRx. What you were seeing on your end was the timing of how your bank displays pending transactions versus when they fall off. Your bank can confirm that no completed charge was processed by us. Regarding the follow-up emails, those were automated messages triggered by an incomplete order and not an indication of an active subscription or new charge. We understand how the combination of these events could feel confusing, but at no point was your account charged or an order fulfilled.
