Basement Beast has really helped me conquer some long-held preconceived notions I’ve had about working out. And being 47 yo, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up. Basement Beast delivers even better than they claim. The wor. kouts are short duration, but intense enough to help you build muscle and lose fat. Sure, you have to follow the diet regimen as well to see stellar results, but you wouldn't believe the workout you can get from a set of resistance bands. If iron isn't your thing, or you just want to switch it up for a cycle, you gotta try Basement Beast. You will be so glad you did.

This has been the only workout program I've been able to stick with until the end. I've gotten so much out of it, I can't wait to continue using it.

Truly the best Program I’ve found to make the most out of the least time. You work out with a program at your own pace. The videos are all super positive. Having access while traveling is key also. Overall just a great program. Boom Nice!

I've been using the Basement Beast program for a little over a year now, progressing from the basic 12-week course to Mass and several other additions. As a matter of ensuring fitness level, I've gone through the 12-week program twice and the Xtreme Shred program twice. I can say unequivocally, this program WORKS. That's not to say other programs don't work. It's to say that that this program creates an atmosphere of self-confidence, a drive to grow (figuratively and literally), and a connection to a community of surprisingly supportive and knowledgeable internet-goers. As a military member, I've never been un-fit, but I feel it's my duty to continually improve for those I serve. Basement Beast has given me a new edge at an age where I had otherwise written off marked improvement in speed and strength. In fact, the program prepared me for some of those most physically intensive training (falling out of an airplane!) I could have imagined as a 36-year old. Importantly, the program is not just a workout program. It's a lifestyle led by someone who you just can't help but like! Mr. Petrina is motivating, encouraging, and genuine. Moreover, he's not always "selling." With emails encouraging us all to be better humans, you can't go wrong with a leader like him. Highly, highly recommend the program. You'll like who you become!

I've been following the beast program for awhile. I've been burned before so I've held off. I wish now I hadn't. Great program and what you see is what you get. No b.s just gut wrenching workouts. If you want to be coddled and do the bare minimum this isn't for you. If you want to work hard and see a difference you've come to the right place.

I finally found a program and a trainer that I could follow and stick with it! I feel stronger and leaner, especially coming off neck and back fusion surgeries over the past year or so. I am stoked to continue with other programs and even to repeat the 12-week program again!
