My experience with RackNerd as a hosting company is just amazing! Unlike other places where I got a VPS, they were always online when I needed help and they were really nice even when asking about stuff like prices! I know I totally sound like a fangirl but I think they totally deserve it. I also have never had any noticeable outages on my VPS.

Using Racknred for a while. My experience as a client is quite impressive. The servers I have purchased so far are going well. Their customer service is also commendable. Overall, my user experience is quite good, if not the best so far.

RackNerd was able to help us set up everything we needed. They weren't worried to get their hand dirty and help when I need it. Anthony was the best customer support agent I have talked to in a LOOOONG time. I hope to use them for many things down the road!

An excellent web host company, only issues I've had were on my end, and they were quick to help solve the problem. Excellent prices too. I am slowly migrating all my clients over to RackNerd as their annually paid plans at other web host providers come close to expiring. Highly recommended!
