Chinese customer service is good. I bought their vps and soon bought a SEO dedicated server. Their control panel lets me reboot my server and Racknerd also provided me with IPMI. When they delivered my server all IPs were binded which saved me a lot of time. My other provider do not bind ips. I love Racknerd
