The greatest support and the greatest service. All the problems I had, they solved in the matter of minutes. cPanel always the latest version. JetBackups enabled by default. Servers in multiple locations.

Been using Racknerd's nodes for abit over a year now, just paid for my renewal and also added 15 more nodes today. What I like about them is that they offer numerous datacentre's so I am able to spread out my nodes on different region's. If anyone is looking for node hosting Racknerd is a good option to consider.

After passing the 2.5 year mark of hosting with Racknerd, I'm proud to say that I made an excellent decision and have not looked back since. Over this time Racknerd have also expanded to more datacenter locations, if I recall right they had less than a few locations back then and now they have so much more to select from. I now have a server with them on the west coast and another one on the east coast. Their prices are extremely reasonable, there is no feeling or doubt of whether you paid too much or not as these price their services fairly, and you really won't find a better price somewhere else, at least not from one that has been in business as long as they have. They are worth every cent. Support ticket responses always come back within a few minutes, their support staff are always available. These guys will not leave you standing in the cold! I am happy to recommend them for the quality and service I've received, and if I ever had a need to, would feel safe in recommending my own family members and friends to them.

I’ve been a customer of RackNerd for nearly 3 years now. With no exaggeration; RackNerd has earned 5 stars from me. They have literally gave me zero reasons to complain about anything, and that says a lot since I am a detailed person that picks at things by nature. This is a company that really stands out from the rest and you can tell that they care for their clients. Also, I like the fact they are active with the community and social media it shows to me they’re interested in building a community and brand. Happy to have ordered 2 more VPS here this morning (one in San Jose and another in Dallas) looking forward to building out my redundant network of servers here :) -Joseph

Right now I already own 3 VPS and 1 Cpanel Instance hosted at Racknerd. I am baffled. I again create a support ticket and their Team is out of this world. Its so incredible how fast their support Team is and how techy they are as well. I highly recommend their service and support team. I will never buy a VPS anywhere else. PS: Keep an eye on their regular sales. I saved a ton of money this way.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Racknerd, since I transferred my websites over to them a few years ago. My old host, A2, would constantly be trying to get more money out of me by trying to upsell me and their servers were not even anything worth writing home about. In the end, I was like nope, not doing that and decided to go out and look for a new hosting provider. I stumbled upon Racknerd a few years ago, and I'm so happy I have! And today, I wanted to give 5 stars to Jim because he not only solved my problems but also explained it in a way I could actually understand. He seriously went the extra mile. Even without being asked he helped me fix some issues that were caused by my previous host and he made great suggestions! My website is now loading faster than before. I am very grateful. I promise I won't be bothering you guys much, but it's assuring to know that you guys are there when help is needed. The little bit of extra attention/care is greatly appreciated and you have earned a customer for life. It's good to know that I can depend on Racknerd when help is needed, or if something is a bit over my head. You can't put a price on that :-)

After 11 years with my previous hosting provider the final straw for me to migrate to another provider was when I realized my previous host was not offering me upgrade paths, and was still using ancient hardware. My old host was still using Core2 Quad CPU’s (what a blast from the past I kid you not), and while it did the job and kept my sites loading, I recently felt there was room for improvement in terms of website loading speed and optimizations. I came across Racknerd (RN) when I was searching for some new options. I considered a few other providers on my list - but Racknerd provided the best mixture of value, price and newer hardware configuration’s. So when I found out RN had Ryzen servers, I was really glad to see since I know those CPU’s are the new thing and offers great performance. So I picked up a Ryzen 3900X box with 2 NVMe drive’s, the price was lower than anyone else I could find offering a similar configuration. And, after migrating I IMMEDIATELY noticed the improvement! My website’s load faster than ever — a HUGE improvement from my old host’s Core2 Quad!! It wasn’t long before my clients also told me they feel the improvement. These things are POWERFUL. Things have been running smoothly without hiccup. I am the type of customer to set things up and leave it the way they are for many years (if you couldn’t tell as I was with my previous host for 11 years…) so I look forward to working with RN for over a decade to come!! Maybe in a half dozen years or so I will contact them when I want to upgrade to something more powerful. But I feel like the Ryzen will have me covered for a pretty darn long time, especially if a Core2 Quad worked fine for me for so long. Unless my clients or my site’s end up making it on the news or HN and experience an unprecedented surge of traffic LOL. Either way I am super happy about the performance now and my server load is nowhere close to being fully max’d out. So with this config I will probably be pretty “future proof”. Another thing I like about them is their live support is online 24x7 though I will be honest, I am the type of customer to try to not bother anyone so long things are working the way they should be :-)

Recently migrated my website hosting to this company...I obtained one reseller account in order to host my sites under separate cpanel accounts. They support the latest PHP versions (cough, something my past host did not) and their cpanel allows you to customize PHP versions, extensions etc. They also offer different server location farms to choose from. Really don't have much more to say other than... keep up the great work and you will have a loyal & HAPPY customer for life!! Thanks, nerds!
