The support people at RackNerd are super! They actually listen understand the issue, then resolve it as opposed to transferring you to people and their scripts. I switched from GoDaddy and couldn’t be happier. Systems are easier to use, real people help and I spend less time messing with things.

very good company for server hosting. I have use for 2 years now and quiet happy with service. Support team quick to replay and solve problems. Price, they offer very nice. The price stays the same even after couple years. Server performance very good, fast and stable. I recommend Racknerd for everyone want good hosting without pay too much.

As a full stack developer, I've found that RackNerd's VPS checks all the boxes in all the right spots. Root access is provided with their VPS plans. Took out a Black Friday sub months ago to see what all the fuss about cloud computing was. Great value for money and easy to setup and get running on my own journey. The base package I grabbed does not have the fastest or most feature-packed service but it is brilliant for learning.

Great VPS service. I picked up a racknerd VPS on a black friday deal, since then I migrated my services from another VPS provider and the move has gone smooth. Racknerd replied within minutes of a reverse DNS request and had the record updated with the correct information. Their network has been rock solid, I can see moving more of my services to racknerd in the future.
