website is so bare bones and not easy to navigate. Zelle daily transfer limits are way too low. Doesn't compare to any major bank.

Website is horrible - not user friendly. Cannot add beneficiaries online.

Hi Kevin. You can add beneficiaries to your account by sending us a secure form within the Online Banking application. Simply sign into Online Banking with your User ID and Password and go to Self Service. There you will see a Request to Add Beneficiaries. Complete the form and submit. We will then add the beneficiary to your account and send you confirmation when completed. Your new tiered interest rates on your high yield checking are confusing, so do we earned 1.01% on the FIRST $100,000 and then 0.65% on the balance over $100,000 OR if our balance is over $100,000 then do we earn 0.65% on the FIRST $100,000?????????????????

Our apologies for the confusion. The APY is paid on the full balance in the range of the tier. For example: Provided all transaction requirements are met, and you have a balance of $150,000, you will earn the .65% APY on $150,000.
