Tasty meals, really made life more simple! Saw a quick improvement in my overall energy and well being after a week or two of the meals

The food is fantastic and satisfying! I also like the variety of the food.I don’t feel like I’m still starving after a meal. My only “complaint” is that there is a lot of plastic and cardboard waste, not to mention the 6-8 ice packs sent in each box every week. I try to recycle as much of the trash as I can.

I absolutely love my weekly meal delivery. I am in maintenance and use these meals as a convenient means of fueling my body with healthy, nutritious food. My family enjoys these meals too. It is such a great healthy alternative to frozen meals packed with preservatives.
