ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THAT THE CONTRACT WAS NOT ORIGINALLY AVAILABLE TO SIGN. HAD TO SEND A MESSAGE STATING THAT WE HAD CREATED OUR ACCOUNT ON THE APP, BUT THE CONTRACT WE NEEDED TOSIGN WAS NOT THERE. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WENT WELL

Thank you for your review and your feedback. The invoice initially submitted by the equipment vendor referenced an amount that was incorrect. To prevent you from overpaying, we removed the incorrect invoice from your account while following with the vendor to obtain a revised invoice. It appears that you logged into the app just before the corrected invoice was uploaded. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We should have done a better job conveying the need to obtain a revised invoice. I'm glad everything else went well. If you have any additional feedback, please feel free to contact me directly anytime. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Regards, Nate Gibbons COO [email protected] | 585.207.0114

App is a little confusing in some areas. I had to depend on QuickFi rep Nate to help me through those particular areas. He did a great job of it. Might be better if you can set it up to be done on a computer.
