Attenzione!! La merce non arriva.

I was to received 2 packages and I only received 1. I told them about it and they argued that I received both by showing me the same picture of the same package which was easily uniquely identified with all the logos and writings on it. They could never produce the picture of the second package. After weeks of waiting they decided to credit me a credit of $3.00 the flea comb. So that cancelled the bundle and still ended up paying for a flea comb $14.99 that was never shipped and received. Don't bundle!!!!! they send you part of it only. That's how they steal from you.

Mai ricevuto nulla. Impossibile richiedere rimborso tramite PayPal perché si agganciano al corriere iMile, il quale segna come consegnato qualsiasi cosa, senza indirizzo di riferimento, ad orari assurdi, ma a Paypal va bene così (assurdo anche questo).

Never got my item and they didn't answer my e-mail. This is not legit website in my opinion... I asked money refund from PayPal.

Sono solita leggere le recensioni prima di fare un acquisto, ma questa volta ho fatto l’errore di non informarmi. Ormai è quasi un mese che ho pagato il guanto e nessuno si è fatto sentire e non si riesce a comunicare con alcuna persona. Suppongo sia una truffa, dato che non sono l’unica che ci ha rimesso. Proverò a chiedere un rimborso ma dubito che verrò risarcita. Ore 11:15 del 15 agosto 2026. Arriva casualmente una mail dove dice che il pacco è in viaggio e a breve arriverà nel magazzino che dovrà spedirmelo. Vi terrò informati
