I cannot recommend this company enough! I'm not an electrician or handyman, just an average homeowner with a limited budget, so I looked into refurbished PTAC units with a Google search. These guys popped up and I looked through the extensive inventory online with their own product ratings and picked a refurbished Friedrich. Naturally I had questions, so I called the customer service number and the rep that answered was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process. My electrician ran the proper line and a friend and I did the installation. The unit looks and functions like a brand new machine. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I have recommended them to anyone that will listen.

I have used these ptac on several different jobs and not had any problems with them. Shipping and fast and cost is competitive.
