Hi Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, and we understand how strongly you feel about this matter. Prop Firm Match aims to provide a transparent comparison platform that lists a wide range of prop firms in the industry. Our role is to present information and user feedback, not to endorse or guarantee any specific firm’s practices or outcomes. We also continuously review and update listings based on available data, user reports, and ongoing changes in the industry. When concerns are raised, they are taken seriously and reviewed according to our internal evaluation process. We appreciate your input and understand your concerns. Feedback like yours helps us improve how we monitor and present information to better serve the trading community.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your continued support over the past year and for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your challenge account redeemed through Loyalty Points, and we completely understand your frustration with the long wait and lack of resolution so far. This is not the experience we aim to provide, especially for long-time users like yourself. We acknowledge your concern and will escalate this internally to ensure it is properly checked and resolved as soon as possible. We also appreciate your patience in following up with our support team, and we regret that the resolution has taken longer than expected. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us improve both our processes and response times. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of Prop Firm Match.

Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for explaining your decision process so clearly. Regarding News Trading, the “Yes” status reflects that the firm allows trading during news events in principle. However, as with many firms, this permission is subject to specific execution conditions, including time-based restrictions around high-impact news. These limitations are disclosed in the tooltip to provide full context. Displaying “No” would suggest that news trading is entirely prohibited, which would not be accurate. Our goal is to present factually correct data while highlighting important restrictions transparently, and we understand how nuanced rules like this can feel unclear at first glance. We appreciate you raising this and will continue refining how conditional rules are communicated to improve clarity for traders. While we provide verified summaries to support informed decisions, final rule enforcement remains with the firm itself. If you believe the account breach was applied unjustly, you’re welcome to submit a review on our website so our team can review the case in more detail. Thank you for trusting Prop Firm Match and for your constructive feedback.

Hello Julija, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this would be frustrating. We want to be clear that Prop Firm Match does not control payout decisions or trading rules, as these are entirely handled by each individual prop firm. Our ratings are based on a combination of publicly available data, trader feedback, and ongoing updates, but we know that personal experiences can differ and we take concerns like yours seriously. If you are open to it, we would genuinely appreciate more details about what happened so we can review the information and make sure our platform reflects the most accurate and up to date insights possible. Your feedback helps us improve and better support traders making decisions. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we are sorry again that your experience did not meet expectations.

Rest assured, Prop Firm Match does not bias or filter reviews based on opinion, and all verified, guideline-compliant reviews are published to maintain transparency and fairness for the community. Hello Kashif, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. At Prop Firm Match, our goal is to provide guidance and support to traders in navigating prop firms, but the final decisions regarding payouts are made by the prop firms themselves. We always strive to assist as much as possible by offering information, clarification, and support throughout the process, though we cannot influence decisions made by the prop firms. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the support we provide to our users.

Hi Shanila, We’re sorry you had a negative experience. Prop Firm Match provides verified reviews and information to help traders, but we do not have the ability to resolve payout disputes between traders and prop firms, as these are handled by the firms themselves. We value all feedback and keep reviews visible to help other traders make informed decisions. We encourage everyone to carefully review firm policies before participating. Thank you.
