Great products with excellent customer service.

Foremost, its about perfection of fit. My early measurement inputs were not smart or careful enough, and their free redo helped a lot. I note that they always were perfect, perfect, in providing exactly what I input, my inputs were suboptimal. But once I nailed the measurements, the result was a spectacular fit. Seriously. Having a custom tailored garment is a revelation. I have also been very happy about the cloth. Picking the right cloth is also a trick, and one can go wrong, but the right fabric is there, and once you have the right fabric, you realize, wow, so cool, such a difference, I can never settle for less now.

Great website, many customization and fabric options allowing for a very enjoyable made to measure experience. They allow up to three tries on your first made to measure order making it very possible to find a perfect fit (they will honor the three tries).

I went to Paul Stuart as I have for 30 years to have shirts custom made. The last order took 2.5 months to receive. The fit was horrible. Quality so bad, I had to send it back for correction. My girlfriend found Proper Cloth. She measured my favorite shirt and 2 weeks later the shirt arrived. The fit is perfect. Fabric quality is excellent. She ordered 2 more shirts. At first the knit shirt was too big but I followed the instructions of washing and hanging dry. Now the fit is perfect. Proper Cloth gets fit as a bespoke shirt maker. The only negative feedback I have is to expand the fabric portfolio. Knowing that I will get my perfect fit every time, I want to see more in linen and cotton prints. Finally, the value is incredible. Paul Stuart has an outdated mindset. Proper Cloth is the modern bespoke business model that makes their product affordable for more people.
