The product took almost two weeks to arrive, even though I was told it was in stock when I ordered it. Turned out it wasn't in stock and had to come from the manufacturer. The light was well packaged and works just fine

The web site should be able to show if item was in stock before you place the order.

I ordered 2 lights. I paid for 2 lights. They sent me the 2 lights I ordered and paid for. I'm happy guy. What else can I say?

Seems like a good company. No errors in orders etc.... but why my orders dont ship for a week after ordering is frustrating... and unacceptable.

Returns were not handled appropriately. One LED did not work and one burned out quickly. I call and was offered two replacements or a credit on my card. I asked for two replacemenst but they were never shipped. I called to follow up but get a "your call cannot go through message".

Haven't yet received the product, so am a bit concerned. Called and found that their limited hours, limit my ability to get in touch with this company. Had e-mail indicating they needed me to contact them about order due to having issues with my credit card, then found that the credit card did get billed, but haven't been able to call due to their 9 AM to 5 PM limited calling time span. They did give an e-mail address and I haven't yet used it. Will do so now.... I work and not easy to find time to call in these limited hours. I like the pricing and if the product is as good as I hope- it appears to be the exact ballast I need for our favorite florescent lighting... I would still state, the small payment and contact issues are well worth the fact they have the product I need. Timing of delivery will pay into my final decision however and it's been over a week since I placed this order...

Sorry for the time zone difference Jeff. We choose 5pm so that our employees can be home with their families at a reasonable time and we prefer not to outsource our after hours calls to a call center. I see the order is shipping today. Thank you for the review.
