Tyler was super helpful and got us a good rate. We haven’t taken the trip yet so hard to really know other that price and service of buying the tickets.

Tyler was very patient as I was hesitant to book with an unknown site. I basically asked if I could trust him and the company. It took a while, and his answers made me feel somewhat safe. I finally booked my flights with on 11/26.

Xenania was a great agent. She helped us get the price we needed for our flights from Cape Town. Our tickets came by email. Don’t know it was a very easy experience.

As always Paul is great. Works very diligently to find the right flights for the best price. Airlines seem to always give a fight in pricing after we have confirmed.

Customer service was excellent. Just did not like the travel insurance discrepancies after it was purchased. I was told that the airfare would be monitored and checked daily to honor the lower rate if it occurred. The 24hr window was not discussed/provided.
