This was a very easy and stress free process. When I went to quest diagnostics no one questioned or asked me the reasoning I was there, I just checked in and they called my name to do a urine sample. I got the results within 36 hours. Would definitely recommend this service and will use in the future

I needed to get the 10-panel test urgently and I had some questions about the tests that were included. My call was answered with almost no wait and I got the information I needed quickly. Payment was processed without issue and I was set up within a few minutes. When I went to the lab, the lab had not received my order. I was able to call but did not realize that I would separately need the order number, and I had to call back after looking it up (using an email I don't normally have available on my phone). The issue appeared to be an incorrect fax number for the lab. I was able to call back and have the order faxed in a matter of seconds. Although I had to call three times, there was very little wait and I received clear and helpful information. The level of service provided peace of mind and, in a situation where I really needed to get tests completed the same day, I had them completed in about three hours. I also received the results in under 24 hours.
