I’ve read the one 5* review and it sounds AI generated. Nobody talks like that! I have been charged thousands and gotten returns in the tens of dollars. Everything they did was Grammarly editing which took sending everything back several times and I had to read word for word everytime. Another thing they did was publish the book on Amazon with my personal email address for the author’s name! They supposedly sold thousands of my books to a seller, with me paying up front for printing. I am not optimistic and am looking at this as to wether I cut my losses and sue.

I can only talk about their website hosting services. Last summer I saw their ad on google for web design. The price was great and the lady I chatted with was great about answering questions. They did build me a great website, but then the pressure came. First it was for hosting the site on their private server. Then creating a custom back end. Then little fees here and there to be compliant. I agreed to all of it, because it sounded reasonable. Website management and updates at my finger tips, a secured server to host my site and remain secure. Ha. The custom back end, which was supposed to be user friendly and tailored to me looked like a 2year old designed it. The language used was not for average folk, and I had no control over minor edits to the page like wording and such. We went back and forth for MONTHS. It didn't improve. I couldn't even delete comments on my blog posts, and the blog options were very limited. I finally got them to migrate the backend to Wordpress which took around 6 weeks. For many of those my website was down and not accessible. Way too long in my opinion. The final straw was about a month ago. Malicious code was embedded in the code of my website. It went all the way back to the server and was due to a delayed update of Wordpress security plugins. THEIR SERVERS ARE NOT SECURE. They told me to pay more money to clean it up (2500 us) and basically it wasn't their fault. The communication was terrible, and the accountability wasn't there. The service did not live up to the price point.

I was given only half of my books! I have sent email after email and many phone calls and yet they have not fulfilled their contract. I have my invoices that were paid and yet they will not respond. They always say that the project manager will call back. Bad, bad business!

Prime Publishing Press claims that they will format your book for Amazon, market it, and "guarantee" sales of at least 250 copies. However, the quality of their work is poor. The "Amazon A+" content is tacky and sensationalistic. The same is true of their written text. In my case, everything they presented for my approval had to be redone several times, and even after three or four attempts the product was tasteless, inappropriate to the book, and amateurish. Clearly, their work is generated by AI; no human actually evaluates the artwork, looks at the advertising text, or reads the manuscript they are supposedly marketing. Instead of producing an attractive, engaging, interesting image for my book, they attempted to sell me an expensive copyright guarantee program - thousands of dollars for protection which is already guaranteed by law! My return on investment over six months was $0.00. Don't have anything to do with these folks. For my part, I am sadder (and poorer!) but at least somewhat wiser for my bitter experience.

It’s a scam. Please stay away. All the reviews are fake. Please Google for ‘Is Amazon prime publishing scam’ and you will get the answer. They haven’t been associated with Amazon. They will start on a very professional basis but then will go on arm twisting you, use pressure tactics to mint money at every step. Amazon doesn’t charge any amount for publishing and you can easily do it yourself. Hire another agency if you need help but stay away from this fraud organisation. I have been scammed and wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same experience.
