Wow - this is service!
Wow! What a great service, after I cancelled multiple times the set up for unforeseen events, Heather Rogers was not only understanding, but still had a lot of patience to explain me everything in detail, step by step. Now I am a happy user of this nice device. Thanks a lot!

I could not figure out how to connect my Poynt terminal. It was giving me error codes and I would not have figured out how to get everything connected without the help of Andrene B. She even called me back to ensure that I had everything up and running. I couldn't be happier!
