All products do have a product life and we recommend replacing every 6-12 months depending on usage and activity level. My foot discomfort has been much improved after purchasing powersteps insoles. It was first recommended by my foot doctor, and then I tried the ones with the metatarsal support built in, and now I'm sold on them.
