I contacted customer service and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. This is a great product for a great price and I highly recommend powerstep insoles to anyone with foot discomfort. I can’t wait to try the sandals I ordered for beach walking!

As soon as I put the Powerstep insole in my shoes I felt relief right away from my Plantar Fasciitis. I have 2 pair and switch them in and out of other shoes. Customer service was excellent when I had an issue with one of the heel cups coming off! Thanks again

Powerstep Pinnacle supports were recommended by my podiatrist for plantar fasciitis. These supports plus the exercises have prevented the pain for over a year.

I teach young children and rarely sit down. These insoles are essential, not even optional, for me. The 3/4 insoles Powerstep are better than most insoles I've tried, but still not as good as the full-length. I started with the blue full-length ones, which I really liked, when my podiatrist recommended them for plantar fasciitis. Now I use the red ones which I like even more. I have ITB problems and have had surgery on my big toe for hallux rigidus. I have extremely flat feet and am a little overweight. All of those factors had me switching to the red ones, which worked even better for me.
