I have been using their volume and taste for 4 months and recently added T and Recharge. Bottom line, I have noticed an increase in volume and texture. Too soon to assess T and Recharge. I have tried other vitamins and supplements for health (to supplement plant based diet) and know side effects and when something subjectively and objectively (lab results) works. Popstar Labs works for me. Aged 55. T1D.
