It nevers works! Impossoble to charge the print. The worst item never bought

Adding again: they again sent a very wasteful email outlining again how they had sent what i paid for even though it wasn't sent - spending more time on documenting supposed proof without actually sending any proof... however, regardless - what i paid for didn't arrive... Adding a final edit and reducing the stars to 1: I was asked to wait two days. Since then nothing. Poooliprint has no customer service and buyer beware. Another Instagram ripoff. Adding an edit: You can respond to a public internet review on a Sunday but not all the emails throughout the week. They didn't send what I paid for and then over more than a week they repeatedly questioned me, treated me like a liar... when sending the $62 worth of goods could have created a loyal customer... as opposed to someone who will advise everyone NOT to BUY anything from Poooliprint!!!

BEWARE. If for some reason you need customer support from this company, they will [make poopoo] on you, laugh in your face, and avoid ANY responsibility. I chose to pay extra money for the option that had the two-day shipping time. Guess what? It's a lie. It took several more days to even ship. When I received the shipment notification, I noticed that we would be gone from town by the time the order arrived (this is exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying the extra money for the "fast shipping"). I wrote and notified the company that we wouldn't be there anymore by the time the package arrived, asked them if something could be done to re-route the shipment to a new address. Their response? "Nope, sorry, can't do that." They suggested I ask the Airbnb owner to check if the package had arrived. The owner was super kind and accepted to go to the apartment and check if there was any package. There wasn't. I write back to the company to explain the situation. Their response? "That sucks for you. There're nothing we can do, we're not responsible for stolen package and we definitely don't give a frog that it was our fault that you weren't there when the package arrived. You're on your own". So I lost over a hundred dollars and spent a terrible time dealing with these incompetent and indifferent a**holes. Maybe buy it if you're 100% sure you'll be there when the package arrives. Maybe the product is great. I guess I'll never know.

According to our standard processing and shipping policies, all orders are processed within 5 business days from the order creation date, regardless of whether they are regular or express delivery. Your order was created on March 23rd, and as per our policy, it was shipped within 5 business days after that. Please note that for express delivery, it may take up to 5 working days to be delivered. We apologize for the delay in transit that occurred with your order, causing it to take 10 days instead of the expected less than 5 days. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control. We offered you a $35 refund on the express shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill and you have accepted the offer. I thought the printer would be a fun thing for my grandson to use. I purchased it along with various rolls of paper. I looked at reviews and other operational instructions. Nothing seemed to tell me how to get better resolution on the print or to get a color print. Everything printed looked so poor..even text. Such a waste of money!

Much lower quality than what the website shows for the “higher quality” 300 dpi printer. Not a clear image at all, and significantly darkened. Also, you can’t return an open printer, so if you want to try it out to see if you like it, they won’t take it back. Some “happiness guarantee” - how am I supposed to know if I’m happy with a product I haven’t used?!

So far I’m not impressed with this company and I haven’t even received my printer yet. On the website, the Shipping Policy states they will ship the product out in 1-3 business days. Awesome! They did ship very quickly. I got an email with tracking number a couple days after I placed my order. HOWEVER, their Shipping Policy also states that shipping time in the US takes 1-3 days. (And their stated address on the website is Delaware) It’s been over three days and the tracking has not yet updated! But now I see the estimated delivery date could be a couple of WEEKS until it arrives! I sent an email and all they say is that everything is “normal” and that it is in “transit”. Having ordered items from China before I know that it is indeed “normal” to not have tracking updates, and it takes weeks to arrive. My huge problem with them is that they LIED on their website when they state that it takes 1-3 business days to receive in the US. They don’t want you to know that this ships from China and will take weeks to receive! And also incredibly expensive to return if you don’t like it! They are lying and misrepresenting themselves so much on the website. Skip this company and go find their competitors on Amazon….wish I had ordered somewhere else.

While over 95% of the items that we sell are shipped from our U.S inventory, in some cases if the items you ordered aren't available in our U.S inventory, we do ship from our factory in China. This is something we stated on our website FAQ, here: https://www.poooliprint.com/apps/help-center#hc-i-live-abroad-will-i-get-charged-customs-duty-or-taxes This rarely happens but when it does we usually split the order to ship available items from the U.S and the remaining of the order separately. Also, no worries about the return. Our offices and return address is in the U.S so you can return your order to the U.S. This being said, I checked your order and it's on it's way and should get delivered to you shortly.
