MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE OF THE SPENCER MARSTON TABLE. AFTER ORDERING ONLINE, I SPOKE WITH ANDREW WHO FILLED ME IN ON ALL THE DETAILS. JOE GONZALEZ AND HIS HELPER CAME ON FRIDAY EVE AND DROPPED OFF THE BOXES.THE NEXT MORNING THEY CAME AND PUT THE TABLE TOGETHER.IT IS A BEAUTIFUL TABLE AND SUPERIOR SERVICE. 10 STARS!

We are very satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing a pool table online. We were very hesitant buying something this expensive sight unseen. However, Justin was super helpful and patient. He sent us a swatch of the wood because we were unsure of the color. He answered all our questions before the purchase and after delivery and set up. Tony and Michael who set up the table were also super professional and courteous. You can't go wrong buying from this company.

This is my second table from them and I am nothing but satisfied. 7 years ago I bought the 9 foot Catana, and for the new house I bought the 7 foot Venetian. Both extremely high quality products, and the customer service from Philip Castelluzzo and the team are top notch. Pleasant experience from purachase through installation. Very knowledgable install crew, great follow up from Phil and team during delivery process. Also purchased the 5 foot storage bench and half moon tables, all excellent quality.

As a first time buyer of a pool table, I did a lot of research online and checked out several local stores. Ultimately I found Pooltables.com had the best value and customer service. Philip at the Edison, NJ location was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process seamless and stress-free. Given the positive experience, I decided to add on the wall pool cue rack and table tennis conversion top. Their third-party delivery and setup service also was top-notch....right on time, professional, and courteous from start to finish. I should also add that we did receive a damaged table tennis net, but Philip and the team in Edison shipped us a new one immediately and free of charge. All in all a great experience and we are thrilled with our table and equipment! Highly recommended!

good excellent

We purchased a table from PoolTables.com several years ago when we lived in another state, so when it came time to replace the table in our current home we contacted them again. I first emailed the company to find out what the lead time to installation would be. I was told that the 8 ft table we wanted was in stock, and it would be about 4 weeks. A couple of weeks after that I called and spoke with Philip Castelluzzo, who was very helpful, answered all my questions, and placed the order for me. A few days later I received confirmation that the table had been shipped to the installer, and was able to track it to its destination. The installer called on a Sunday and arrived the following Tuesday for installation. This was less than 2 weeks after I placed the order. We were so happy to get it so quickly. The installation process was flawless - one person did it in just five hours. The table is beautiful and plays well. Thanks again for a great product.

I love my new table! It's a gorgeous Spencer and Marston with a beautiful wine colored felt, and barnwood style frame. It's my first table; I'm happy I went with this model due to the quality and sturdiness. My new pool table might be the nicest gift I've ever given myself. Here is the best part: as nice as the unit is, the customer service I received by Justin and his team was even BETTER. As a veteran of sales and "the customer experience," I can report that pooltables.com is in the top ONE PERCENT of companies offering big ticket purchases. I was so pleased with my experience with this company for many reasons -- to name a few: fair pricing, excellent communication, and solid follow up. To illustrate my experience, here is one example: I had a problem with the third party installer, who was competent, but failed at communicating properly to the me, resulting in a return visit. Justin learned of the issue and made things right for me, and restored my excitement over such this truly rewarding purchase. In summary, I had an outstanding consumer experience with pooltables.com. In these times of economic upheaval, shortages, and short tempers, this company delivered excellence despite the challenges of 2020-2022. In short, I am completely satisfied with pooltables.com, and highly recommend them for a pool table purchase.

Philip Castelluzzo followed up with me and was extremely helpful. The team that installed in my house were incredibly professional and informative. The purchase and installation were quick and easy. Highly recommended.
