Initial ordering needs improvement, you have to go through a verification process which delays your expected delivery date, however, product was as expected and is working great.

I received everything I ordered. It came in three shipments from different locations. Shipment 3 arrived first and then 2 and then 1 although shipment 1 was sent out first - from the east coast. What is disappointing is if you order the wrong the part (thinking it was right) and it is less than $25.00, they won't allow the return per their policy. Because of this I went down to a local pool store, paid extra for the part I needed, and now have an o-ring kit that doesn't fit my pool. They made money on that one! Will I use them again - probably - it all depends on the part I need.

This was our first purchase, it arrived within a few days of placing the order. We will buy again from poolsupplyworld.com. And recommend them to our friends. (But we're still waiting for our rebate)

Had what I wanted and at a good price.
