I had a couple startup problems, mainly updating the current machine. Poolin technical staff has been absolutely excellent and worked tirelessly with me. I don’t believe I’ve ever run into better Customer support than I have with this Poolin machine

I am extremely satisfied with my Poolin 15-needle embroidery machine! I absolutely love the finished results, and the machine has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the embroidery is beautiful, and I’m so happy with what I’ve been able to create. One of my favorite things about Poolin is their technical support. They are so easy to reach, and whenever I have a question or need help, I get a response quickly with clear and helpful answers. It’s such a relief knowing that I have support when I need it, especially as I continue learning and growing with my machine. I’m truly in love with my machine and the results I’m getting. I highly recommend Poolin to anyone looking for a quality embroidery machine with excellent customer support!

I love my Poolin….I’ve leaned so much since having my E06…I recently had problems with my machine not threading and they reached out and assisted with the problem…I love my Poolin and embroidery…I can’t wait to get my next Poolin Machine…The great customer service is unmatched

Just recieved my Poolin EOX and was having trouble with the tension getting it correct. Leo Wang from support was extremely helpful to resolve this issue. The support team is great for Poolin.

Just got my Poolin EOM 15 needle machine and absolutely love it! It was so easy to set up and learn how to use. The Poolin support team has been amazing to work with. They are very responsive and know the machine well. Any question I had I received a quick and knowledgeable response. I am super excited to see all the things that I can create now.
