Can't give a 0 rating. These people need to go away. We've been with USAA for years and never had a problem with our renters insurance but these people want us to buy a policy from them.

Garbage company that owns…
Garbage company that owns policyvalidator.com that is used for apartments to verify renters insurance or force residents to purchase renters insurance. The whole concept is a offloading of risk from commercial property owners to individuals. There is no customer support with this website and chronically rejects valid renters policies because they want you to purchase one through them thereby increasing their profits. Fraudulent.
