Good experience with Podbean. When I needed a refund for failing to cancel my subscription before the annual renewal date, they provided my refund quickly, with no hassles. I would work with them again if I need a Podcast service.

The support team is by far, the fastest and most efficient team I have ever worked with. Not only do they respond in a more than timely manner, but they have also resolved any issue I have had quickly and correctly. The app itself is great for a newcomer like myself, and they make it easy to learn.

Our account was hacked and both Jhen and Melody were amazing support. Very fast response and we now have access to start doing podcasts again. Podbean is the place to hosts your podcasts!

I'd class myself as a fairly heavy Podbean podcast listener, subscribing to plenty of podcasts and filtering them into different playlists in different orders. On the rare occasions when things have gone wrong, I've contacted Podbean support and always got a quick response. They're great at patiently working through problems and resolving them, where needed even supplying a bug fix. I really can't fault the quality of their support.
