Item was received missing piece. No email was received after inquiry about refund.
Response from Plushie Plays· Oct 30, 2025
We’re really sorry your order arrived with a missing piece and that your message wasn’t replied to that was our mistake. It was the last unit in stock at the time, which caused the issue. We’ll reach out to make it right with a refund or replacement.

Plush came quickly and was as pictured. Could have possibly used an extra bit of protection, as it was loose in the box, but the box was an appropriate size.
