Customer service was awesome, it didn't matter what time of day it was, the team always responded. The cat looked so good, my daughter was so excited. Our cats even thought it was real.

Our Sassy is so life like. She's beautiful. She arrived before Christmas. You always answered emails. I was nervous about when she would arrive but you always assured me . We love her. Did a very awesome job. Thank you 😊

We lost our 16 year old Shitz-zu in September. We just received our Plush-a-pet today and it looks exactly like our Sassy
