Worth every penny! Paid for the express service and it took around 12 hours which was incredible. The video itself was amazing and my daughter was smiling throughout! Thank you for creating something beautiful that she can watch over and over again!

The video for my granddaughter is lovely and perfect. She is going to sing and dance Huntrix Golden at her 6 years birthday party herself. I am sure she will love the video. I was surprised that there is also a Happy birthday wish in Finnish language!

This was my first time to do a birthday message clip for my child. PlusCup process was so fast I received the clip the same day and I was so excited to purchase this. The quality is great and I am very happy with the clip I added a personalised picture and it’s very clear and perfect. Although i assumed i was receiving a USB I didn’t realise it was a link only. But overall I really can’t wait for my little girl to watch it and see her little face. Thank you so much 10/10

These guys are phenomenal. Ordered my son a Bluey video for his 2nd birthday and it was delivered much quicker than I expected. I asked for a couple of minor adjustments to be made - they were done and the new video was sent to me the following day. No worries at all. Awesome customer service. My son adores his video and gets so exited every time we play it, and it goes for longer than I thought it would to! Fantastic value for money and worth every cent. Will be back next year for his next birthday video 😊

Amazing experience! Ordered a priority birthday video for my 3‑year‑old Frozen‑obsessed granddaughter and received it within 24 hours. Great quality, perfect name pronunciation, and a smooth process from start to finish. Can’t wait to see her reaction. Will be ordering more for the rest of the grandkids. Thank you, Plus Cup!
