The vacuum has very little suction power. It doesn’t work on carpet. Very cheaply made. Tried to return it but the return address is in England so it will cost as much as the vacuum price. They offered 50% off that I accepted. But now paid $90.00 and I probably just put in trash. Thought about donating it but it is just a piece of junk that I don’t think anyone will use it. Stay away from this company.

Waste of time trying to resolve a problem and, of course, get a refund for false advertising. Found same problems as others in reviews and mine - bought ityem as a deer repellant, got rodent repellant, no mention of deer. Now saying they have been purchased by a small company and will take time to respond - sure, until after time limit to return. Took weeks to receive and NO info on how to return. Fraudsters.

I found this company to be very fraudulent in their return policy. You have to ship the product back to them at your cost. The issue is the product came from England. With shipping fees and cost I decided to eat the cost. Customer care did offer me a discount off the price but it is no consolation that I will be losing $30 in the end. The procuct does not work and was mis-advertised on the website. I have considered calling my credit card company and let them know this company is fraudulent. Lesson learned.

This must be a scam company. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. I order a 150 foot hose, what was delieved many, many weeks later was a 15 FOOT hose. I contacted them by email at the address proved by them, it was shot back to me as 'undelieverable'. I have tried to contact them again, to the same end. Not only the order was incorrect, what was sent I could have been bought at a cheap dollar store for $10. It is really, REALLY BAD product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'm unclear as to their 'customer service' other than there is none!

I made the mistake of buying the trackers for my cats. I cannot find a company that will support them (sim). So I have contacted them for a return/refund. You are limited on when you can return them. I am attempting to initiate the return but the employee keeps giving me the run around.

Sorriest piece of junk I have ever bought! Nothing like the claims by the company. Total waste of money!

This a review for Osmo-Official.com. Based on a Wire-Cutter review I ordered Osmo's Provac which was on sale with additional parts included. FIrst of all, their 10% discount code didn't work- so I had to call- but they did apply it. However, when I received the vaccum it was an entirely different product- from VersLife- not what was ordered. When I wrote for clarification I was ghosted. When I wrote again to ask to return it with free shipping they denied the shipping but offered 30% off for me to keep it. Again I wrote saying I wouldn't pay for shipping on an item they "mistakenly sent". Then, they responded that if I kept it they'd now give me 50% off- still no offer of a shipping label. Finally, I accused them of illegal baiting and switching activity and they immediately refunded my money and told me to keep the item. I DO have my refund but this all smelled very fishy.
