Don't get pilot to ship anything for you. Bad communication, tracking is trash 🗑. If you didn't know pilot has a contract with walmart. It is best to just pick up your own items yourself.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I agree with the hundreds of terrible reviews from customers on this sight, on other review sites Consumer Affairs and the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!! Terri Chase of Pilot Freight is one of the nastiest customer service representative that I have ever encountered!!!! It took Pilot one month to properly print up and send me what their incompetent pick up driver did not! He was to give me a receipt for me allowing him to pick up my expensive damaged items! This man came empty handed! Then when I am finally able to get through on the phone...I get this nasty yelling screaming and unprofessional Terri Chase on the phone. It took her one month to do what he should have had in his hands in the first place! Avoid this delivery and pickup company at all costs. They need to immediately go out of business!!!!

Awful, they lie about 'Delivery attempted', nothing was attempted they just couldn't be bothered, why have Amazon started using this company? What is the point in paying for Prime when Amazon uses companies like this? Pilots tracking is non existent 'invalid tracking number'. Their website is fake, no number for the UK, really? Amazon just tells you to contact them, When Amazon themselves can't even contact them, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will that work?, Shambles.

Shocking delivery service, my bed did not arrive ordered it on Thursday said it would arrive Friday and was then told it would be here by today and hasn’t arrived

never delivered my shipment on a custom subwoofer enclosure.. said it was delivered on the 5th of October 2020.. signed by wargo... seriously after reading these reviews I see they went to hell.. thanks for making my customer wait.

Worst courier ever and Amazon should not be using them. Missed deliveries every time with fake delivery attempts and delays. Amazon's got so busy it will obviously use any courier to attempt to keep up. Problem is the quick reliable delivery that attracted me to them has now gone. Eventually they will change the comapy name and carry on their disastrous service. Stay well clear.

Firstly it has taken a week through Amazon to get this item delivered, the dates then kept changing, then had to look up myself to see that the package had been delivered (which it has not). Now having to chase Hermes, who have provided an image of the package in a location THAT COULD BE ANYWHERE, now have to wait for a response that could take two days!!! If you are reading this and are looking to purchase from Amazon or somewhere else using Pilot, DON'T BOTHER!!! Save yourself the hasle...

Orded through Amazon prime, was ment to be delivered by the 5th October, message from them saying it would be with me anytime up until 8pm, then another saying on way but would now have to wait until 9pm, still nothing. Phoned Amazon and they said I have to wait till Thursday now to see if it arrives. Never had a problem with Amazon before...not happy
