The pillows were delivered as promised, and they are exactly what I had hoped for. I took a picture of the pillow tags in a hotel room, as they were so comfortable, and I found them online and ordered! I couldn't be happier. They are the PERFECT cloudlike pillow for me!

Unbelievably helpful. Ordered two king pillows, minor mix-up by me and received back sleeper pillows, not the side sleeper as I thought ordered. Wrote and inquired, given specific instructions on re-order and when received 2nd set of my king pillows, shipping receipt included in box. Paid a little more but the side sleeper version a bit higher by few dollars. Smooth transactions, receiving both orders promptly, shipping returns flawlessly easy. Great to deal with them.

The customer service was wonderful. The Pillows arrived quickly. I had a cervical fusion and have a hard time finding a pillow for my needs. Because of issues with my neck I had to return the pillow.
