I originally chose Pettable based on the reviews. I was set to have an appointment with one provider and was informed that due to recent changes I would be set up with an in-person consultation. This would have been fine except, I had to follow up about getting rescheduled and then I was notified that no one was available, and I should contact customer service for a refund. Pretty disappointing from my perspective.

I filled out the questionaire form and set my appointment, that time came and went and I did not get a call. I checked my email that siad I need to fill out the form, but I already did it and it is an emotional process and I am not doing it again. I would like a refund please

I cancelled my purchase within 2 hours as I did not want to proceed, and the communication about a refund was inconsistent. I have a chat with a representative saying how to request a refund, then have another chat with someone informing me that I am no eligible for a refund. I do not have to pay for a service I did not receive.

No one will get back with me regarding a refund. I did not get approved for my ESA and therefore am subject to a refund but the site is so hard to navigate. The letter was so vague that even I wasn’t able to fully understand what they were trying to say about me. The biggest scam I’ve ever experienced!!!!

I finally put in my ESA letter and they sent an email to the provider and the provider has not messaged back at all.

My letter did not work. They said the doctor was not a real doctor.

All of the clinicians that we work with have active licenses. There is a broad range of license types that are capable of writing ESA recommendations such as (but not limited to): Licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and physicians. ESA letters do not have to be written by doctors.

Hello, I liked the process but I did not receive my ESA letter. How do I follow up to receive the letter or a credit for my next pet as the dog I had when I submitted the request caused an allergic reaction and we had to find another home for it.
