Very unprofessional. The doctor who called me did not even ask about myself, he only wanted a proof of training because he wanted to sell me a virtual one for $175. My dog was trained in Spain, and I had a delay to get the letter from the vet, he did not want to wait. Plus, he asked me for a letter from my therapist. So, basically this service is useless. But they did refund me, so no complain about that.

I paid for the for the express letter, got my letter minutes after my consultation which was nice, therapist was nice too. However my letter was denied, as it had a false address and number and it wasn’t from an actual health provider. I contacted support team to explain my situation and hopefully get a refund. They told me they could not refund me unless I showed proof I filed a complaint with hud but how can I put a complaint if I was given a letter with false information. I lost my $200 and have to find a new place where they’ll take my pet

I tried to cancel the same day phone call scheduled and this company refused to acknowledge my numerous requests… then the icing on top - they never called at their scheduled time, yet still charged me!
