Pettable ESAReviews of pettable.com

Letters will not do what they say it will do. If you read the entire letters you will understand. If I had know before hand I would never had ordered letters. It is a scam.

I would give zero stars if I could. As someone who has worked with several therapists in my life time and know what makes a good therapist I can truly say Stephanie White is the worst professional I have ever encountered. Firstly she calls me 3 times from a blocked number, I did not know it was her, and then texts 4 times demanding I answer her call. This was not our scheduled time to meet, it was a day early. She then starts asking me very personal questions and I said that this was not my understanding of how the call would go and that I thought it was to understand my diagnosis and how that is related to me needing an ESA. I told her I was in treatment several years ago and she went on to ask the details of every treatment place I had been in. She then SCREAMED at me to stop talking when I was answering the question she just asked. I then wrote to pettable asking to speak to someone else because I know 100% I qualify for an ESA and they responded saying they will give me a refund. I don't want a refund, I want a letter stating I have an ESA, because my mental state is such that my ESA is a huge help to me. I have been in tears all day, and I have also read other horrific reviews about Stephanie. I hope eventually Pettable will take this seriously and remove her from being one of the therapists. She is truly awful, that was traumatizing.

There is no guidance here. I could've gotten a better letter from my primary care Doctor for free. Plus, no other steps or recommendations how to get a dog for what you need it for. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Company failed to update me regarding what was going on with my account. Charges were appearing unexpectedly and without any context. I had to reach out to support multiple times to get a clear understanding of what was going on and my healthcare provider also failed to keep me updated and informed regarding my paperwork and information. My health didn’t seem to be prioritized so I will never go through this company again.

The therapist refused to approve my dog as an ESA. The reason was ridiculous.

I feel that Jessica was cold and unfair during my interview and gave no sympathy for my situation. She made me feel like my mental health was not enough for an esa. I think this process was long and drawn out all for nothing.

I was not able to rent the house I wanted. The property manager did not have to comply with the law regarding my ESA letter because someone else's name was in the 3rd paragraph. I chose your company because of your guarantee and positive reviews so I hope you will honor your guarantee and return the purchase price.

I’ll keep it simple. Pettable as a website is professional and easy to use. I chose them because they were highly rated. The process said I was a great candidate and matched me with a therapist that same day. This is where the experience changed. I received a phone call from Stephanie White, who greeted me w what I now see as insincere enthusiasm. She began rapid firing personal questions- I answered to the best of my ability, until I stated I didn’t understand one of the questions. She then accused me of being “irritable”, “in a bad place”, and “just looking for a letter”. WOW I was so caught off guard by this and began to cry… she was clearly aware. She ends the phone call. At least I got a prompt refund. If Stephanie White is the only therapist available, save yourself the hurt and humiliation.
