I could’ve used a lot more direction as to how I’m gonna handle this in Airport in Restaurant with the paperwork. I’m still a little bit confused about people questioning me.

Quick and easy for the most part. However, you know what’s a great way to overwhelm someone who struggles with depression and anxiety? Emailing them 8 times a day to ask them to fill out a form. Twice a day max is plenty.

I was very pleased with how quickly this process occurred. I lined up an appointment at the beginning of the week and had my paperwork by the end of the week. It also felt professional that the provider reviewed my application and took time to make sure I had access to resources that would support me moving forward. Something that bothered me was that I felt my provider pushed me into purchasing a higher package. I haven’t actually needed the additional form provided, and I was trying to communicate this to my provider, but she didn’t seem to want to move forward until I did this. I understand that the form is highly recommended in my area, yet it’s disappointing that I paid for something I haven’t needed yet.

I had an overall great experience with pettable. I received my letter and it was accepted by my landlord without issue. However, I am deducting one star for my phone consultation. I did my research before I chose pettable. Based on the reviews I read, I was expecting a more personable phone call. My therapist messaged me 35 minute prior to my scheduled time and stated that he was running behind and would call shortly. I did not receive a phone call until 1 hr and 15 minutes after my appointment time. When he called, there was no emotion, felt like he was reading off a prompt. Asked me a few yes or no questions and it was over. Was on the phone with him for literally 45 seconds. But, I got want I was looking for. So I am happy!

The person I spoke with was direct and to the point, but they could try not coming off so cold. Otherwise, it was quick and easy to get the information I needed.
