I was diagnosed with care and consideration. I took a star off because it's silly for me to pay $50 for the therapist to take 5 minutes to fill out a form that my apartment complex requested.

Very good technology and a seamless process - for the most part. Some content issues: Pettable has a comment about additional health insurance billing, which is not accurate. My ESA letter misspelled my name, which my therapist told me originated with Pettable, not her.

Got my letter, it was satisfactory

Was difficult to get the ball rolling with the online forms and communication was a bit muddled, but did get the therapist set up, and it was completed and happy with my ESA letter.

Update!!: Because I believe in telling the whole story, I felt I needed to update my review. Shortly after this review I had to contact Pettable about a transaction involving my card. Long story, short-someone did credit me $50 for the forms and $15 for the "session" so I didn't have to pay which I truly appreciated. I did get approved and I'm so happy to have my OSO home! Please get all forms needed to complete when you schedule your FIRST VISIT or be prepared to pay the additional $65!! (Original review) I used this service on the reviews I saw, but personally I think it's a money grab. I paid $129 for a so-called session. The therapist talked with me briefly, emailed me my letter. 24 Hours later I take it to my complex and they give me a form that needs to be completed. I email the form to the therapist and go figure I have to pay another $50 for additional forms to be completed. This is utter BS!! I could see if some time had passed, and I told her this form was needed to be completed. Had I known prior to, I would have just waited and gave her the form for the first session. The form that needs to be completed does not require any other information that I haven't ALREADY completed in my questionnaire or told the therapist in the prevoius the session. My nerves are already fk'd up which is why I need the damn dog in the first place. So yeah, I guess for $129 and then another $50, 24 hours later for me to pay again for shi*t I've already said is ok...... I guess. I just pray my complex approves it now.

Therapist was very kind and professional just wish they were more transparent with their fees. If you need anything more than a esa letter it’s going to cost you extra.

It was really easy to get my ESA letter and the therapist was very empathetic to my situation. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to pay an extra fee to have a “verified” letter that is able to be searched. I feel like that should already be included in the overall price. Overall I still had a pretty great experience and it’s been so great having my dog to help me with my mental health.

Seems a little expensive but I was able to get my letter in a timely manner.
