Pettable gets you connected quickly with a real therapist to get you a real ESA letter. I loved how easy everything was, this process was great for me since my University's student health center will not write ESA letters. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because Pettable is just so expensive. Basically every landlord will ask for verification, so I had to upgrade and pay extra for that. As a student, it is really frustrating that I had to choose between losing my housing or paying hundreds of dollars. I only needed to get my letter renewed as I already had a prescription from when I lived in a different state and so I think Pettable was ideal for my scenario, but again, wish it was cheaper or that they had financial aid.

Immediate response was great. However, I thought from reading the website that travelling with my dog would be accepted. I was told it varies from airlines to hotels to even landlords who can dispute the letter. I don't feel that i got what i paid for.

A bit spendy but speedy! Side note if you need anything else from the therapist that you have a consultation with it will cost extra and it’s a bit of money. Just to verify the therapist it was 30 dollars for a quick phone call. It would’ve been 50 if she would’ve had to fill out a quick verification form.
