They have a great portal to communicate with a licensed social worker/therapist. However, you may need to purchase an additional 'forms' package to complete the process. They are upfront about this possible additional fee while going through the intial process, but I wouldn't select an additional 'forms' package until you know it is being required from anyone (i.e. property management). You can always purchase the forms package via the portal after paying/selecting an intial package, if needed. I recommend.

The process was good. We didn't realize the extent of the questionnaire that needed to be completed prior to the appointment, but the appointment was very quick. I will say that I was not aware there would be an additional charge if our apartment complex needed to verify the letter. So that was unexpected, but the turnaround time on that was quick as well.
