Everyone was super helpful and responsive and communicative every step of the way. The reason for four stars is that I was rescheduled once by their one of their doctors and I still haven’t given my landlords the letter to see if they will accept it. The service would definitely warrant five starts if my letter is accepted.

I liked how quick and easy it was to get in with a provider. However, I find it more like a business scheme when you have to pay an extra $50 to get the ESA sent to you that day when the provider has it prewritten and simply changes your name, date, and animal information on it. Additionally, everything is an add-on cost including having them fill out any additional form your landlord requires for at least $30 each. Overall, if you’re in a pickle and want to spent $250 for a piece of paper then go for it. Otherwise, I recommend seeing your PCP and letting them know you have a mental health disorder and would like an ESA to help assist with any symptoms.

Customer service is excellent responding to questions. I think it would be better if more detailed information was given about service dogs. I also feel a certificate a or paper should be given to the people to carry around stating the animal is a service dog in case they are questioned.

Great Customer Service Overall - I am pleased with the service I received from the Pettable team. The Social Worker was responsive to my needs and efficient in providing me with the ESA letter, as well as completing the ESA-related information & completing the ESA form required by my condominium management team. In addition to this, the Social Worker graciously accommodated my request asking her to make a much-needed change to Condo ESA form as per my Condo requirements. That said, one thing I would like to ask of the Pettable team is that, for us clients who are inexperienced with this process, please be patient with us as we ask you to do something for which we are not familiar, as it is never our intention (as clients) to impose upon you or your time. And, with that said, I thank the Pettable team for your kindness, efficiency, and help with this matter of producing an ESA letter for me, and for completing my Condo ESA form, so I may adopt my sweet fur baby ESA cat that will bring me much joy.
