Contacted quickly and received letter as we finished talking
I was contacted right on time and spoke with your rep and provided all the info he needed. He immediately sent the letter to my email address. I do wish they gave certificates (like Support Pets) as well as the letter. I printed it out in b&w and the letter head is very plain. I'll try printing it in color to see if it looks more impressive. Hoping the new landlord will accept it.
