Devious Sales Practice
I ordered some dog-itch supplement from an ad i saw on Instagram. I included a bottle of multi-vitamins. Unbeknownst to me, they put me on a subscription plan. So after receiving the next shipment, I went on their website and cancelled future deliveries and had my bank note a "do not pay" future charges on my credit card account. I was told this is now common practice so beware! Last time I buy anything through Instagram. The world seems to be full of scammers!

Hi there. When you originally ordered, you are asked to accept the terms and conditions printed directly above the SEND ME MY ORDER button. The terms and conditions must be accepted before an order can be processed. These terms read: "Billing Terms & Conditions: I understand that unless I cancel within 21 days by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-888-344-8974, I will be sent a one-month supply of PetJoy PRO DIGEST for just $29.99 and applicable sales beginning 21 days from now and every 30 days thereafter. Cancel anytime, for any reason. The sample is yours to keep." We're sorry you missed that.
