I had a shipment of dog food delayed months ago. Then I was told brand was unavailable. Pet Flow gave me a discount on my next order . I was able recently to order the desired food and pet Flow honored the discount. I’m very happy with the customer service.

I love this company...one time I order cat food instead of dog food and they gave me a credit and told me to take the food to a shelter and give it to them. There shipping is always on time...I will always order from them Harriet
