Had a need for dog food earlier than the planned auto ship date. Thought I changed just the auto ship, but ended up with two bags of the food. Shipped the same day. You would think they would catch that nd ask if it was a mistake. Oh well, we will be all set for next month's puppy food.

I ordered a 25 lb bag of dry dog food but the website was difficult to navigate. I wanted to choose autoship but kept having difficulties with the time frame portion. I finally chose a timeframe that I didn't want. When I didn't receive the order when I thought it was scheduled, I went to my account and saw that it was scheduled for October so I changed it to the present day and emailed the company. I never received a reply to my email but, that day, I received the food. I then went into the site to stop the autoship but it would not let me and said that I had to call. When I called, I was on hold for about 5 minutes then told to leave a message. I left a message but never received a call back. Today I received this survey so I went back to my account to cancel and was told that I had to call. When I called this time, a representative did take my call and cancel the autoship. It was just way too much trouble.

Great products but when there is an issue and its brought to their attention they don't respond to fix the problem.

Shipping time took way too long. From order date to delivery it was 10 days. I had to borrow food from the neighbor! I do like the Fromm food very much and so does my dogs. However, if shipping continues to be delayed I won’t order again.

Product fine. Comes when promised. However, it's not easy to cancel a product subscription plan at all. You have to call to do it and it goes to a voicemail account. So, I left a detailed message of my request. We'll see what happens!

I ordered a bag of dog food and it took 6 days to ship. I expected better 😞

This order took over a week to ship. Cats will be out of food before it arrives. =( =( =( Last order was with Chewy and only took 3 days to ship. Update: It arrived 2 days prior to when it said it would arrive and kitties only had to 'starve' for a couple of hours. =)
