Every time I place an order the prescription has to be verified with my vet which takes several days , even when I have the vet call. Then the last 2 orders I have had to call and check on delivery because I was not provided a tracking number. 5 days had gone by and I still had not received the package so they issued another order and it did arrive in 2 days but the last 2 orders have been unreliable.

It seems your discount coupons never apply to Fromm dog food. The shipping schedule is too long.

I have been buying petguard 13.2 oz cans. I keep telling petflow that I DONT WANT DENTED CANS. They could care less—-they keep replacing dented cans with more dented cans. I will have to stop buying petguard because petflow could care less about this.

In checkout I was given a delivery date. It worked for my schedule so I went ahead with the order. Then delivery didn't happen until 4 days later when I was out of the state. I needed the food for kenneling so had to drive 200 miles to pick up a bag in Sioux City, Iowa. I also had to ask a co worker to pick up the box on my front porch and hold on to it until I got back. Every time I order from Pet Flow something is wrong.

Free shipping??? Took 5 days for product to arrive after spending minimum of $49. I don't consider that a deal. I purchased Fromm Dog food thinking I would get discounts as first time customer as their website advertised. When I finished placing order I received a message that discounts are not allowed on Fromm products. Very disappointed so most likely will not order from them again. Too slow on shipping and then no new customer discount. Not good!

We signed up for monthly delivery of billy sticks...they changed from thick bully sticks to puny ones and now I’ve been waiting almost a month for last month’s shipment...I’m just about ready to try for a different company

I have used both Petflow and Chewy for years now. Chewy is much faster on the logistics side and you will get your goods more quickly, Also, Petflow keeps asking for my feedback and I keep telling them their cheap tape they use in packaging is lacking. The last 3 times I got my Fromm from Petflow, the box was already wide open when it arrived. Not sure what the point is in constantly asking for feedback and doing nothing with it once received.
