You show you have “in stock” so I order and now going on 3 weeks with no ship notice let alone my product which I need desperately for my pup. ( Vet approved formula food). Why say you have it if u cant deliver! Customer service very nice but no action. Never again.

Doesn’t always send everything I order, shipping is slow and some prices are too expensive. Auto ship is annoying and difficult to cancel.

I have had a lot of difficulty producing prescription food. For each case I have to name the Pet and the veterinarian which is bothersome. But even more so is I often get an error message after I’ve gone through everything. I do it all again And again I often get an error message. However I have spoken with Pet Flow agents who are very helpful

I gave you a like score because the customer service is bad. They waited 12 days to tell me they were of the item I ordered. I will not order from this company again. I even talked to someone there after about 9 days, and they said nothing about the item being out of stock, and said they were preparing the order for shipment. No excuse for this.

I am buying Ultamino for my dog because he is allergic and cannot eat anything else. It is wrong to charge more for a diet that is required because of a sickness, but most of the stores take advantage of the fact that you don't have a choice. Unfortunately, PetFlow is charging even more than most of the other stores, and they take care NOT to have large bags, so that the food becomes even more expensive.

I called to cancel the order. The rep told me she would try and cancel my order for Royal Canin food with the vendor who ships directly. This is fine. She advised that she could not guarantee cancellation as a result given that my package was scheduled to ship the next day. This was also fine. The issue is that my package did not ship until a week following the call, which was certainly enough time to have my order cancelled. I will no longer be using your service.

Poor communication about a delayed order. No tracking info sent until I called a week later. I highly suspect they didn't process my order until I called to ask about it because the order date on the info I was finally sent (only after calling and asking for it) stated the order date was the date I called and not the date I actually ordered it.
