Ordered 3 items only received one item correctly - the other 2 were incorrect. Customer service was very understanding and processed a new order for the two missing items. Two days later received a confirmation that now only one of the two items were shipped - other item is now out of stock. Received a credit but not the best customer service. Hopefully next order will be better.

Delivery was slow and wouldn’t refund my food due to my dog not eating it. Thank you

I ordered two different bags of cat food, and when it finally arrived (totally understand it would be slow during COVID-19), only one bag was in it. I emailed the company, and then called a few days later when I didn't hear anything. The lady on the phone said the prescription cat food was rejected - which seemed odd, because I received two more of that same bag a few days later from a second purchase I had made. She then said they didn't charge my account, when my credit card said they did. She said they would issue a refund, but I haven't received it yet. I later got an email back from the company saying it was a stocking issue (even though I received two of this bag a few days later from a different order), and they would refund it to my account. Still haven't received the refund, and now have two excuses that don't make sense. I wish someone would have contacted me if (1) the prescription got rejected or (2) there were stocking issues. I plan to call back later in the week if I still haven't received a refund. I have had positive experiences before on this site, but was very disappointed by my latest experience.

When I called in my order my first question to the customer service rep was # 1... Is my dog food in supply. Answer: Yes. #2... MY SHIPMENT is coming from what /where ? Answer: Las Vegas, Nv. warehouse. #3... IS their a problem with shipping? Answer: No so I placed my order, agent confirmed it , I understand the Covid 19 problem, BUT WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD GO OUT IMMEDIATELY..... To make a long story short..... it took over 7 days for me to receive a shipment that originate from New Jersey NOT Las Vegas as promised So I will no longer be purchasing anything from you again., I have kept the tracking record on my phone and also have kept the box with the label the food was delivered in showing it originated in Ner Jersy..... gET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

The product end of the buying experience was quite satisfactory. Selection of products is good and the price points are competitive. Website is user friendly, so placing an order is easy. The delivery of product, leaves much to be desired. Much to be desired. Notice that the product is delivered comes via e-mail. For me that was April 16th. The order came in two parcels. Both were available for pick up on April 22nd from Local USPS facility, six days after declared "delivery". Shipping delays during the COVID 19 situation are to be expected. Inaccurate tracking information is not OK, now or at any time. Both of my parcels were savaged in transit. Both boxes were battered, one was clearly patched up to keep product contained there in. My two bags of kibble were both torn. One ruptured upon removal from box, spewing kibble all over my gravel driveway, necessitating a considerable clean up effort. Many of the cans of dog food are heavily dented up. Packing of the box was woefully inadequate. More time and more care, and the use of much more packing material is needed to keep products from being damaged in transit. It is not realistic for heavy product to be put in a large box to bounce around without sufficient packing materials, and expect that product to reach the customer undamaged. Very disappointed in the quality of the packing and the shipping. J.C.

I've noticed over the past couple orders that its taking longer and longer to receive my dog's food. This order took over a week to process, and a full 2weeks to receive. Customer service matters. This was, most likely, my last order from Petflow.

It was expensive.

I was disappointed that you claim to have a certain type of dog food and couldn’t deliver it!!
