Packaging is usually split open when received and due to 33 lb. bag of dog food being put in the same box as my 15 bags of dog cookies they are always smashed to crumbs. I can order from the east coast and get product that is in perfect condition. Really sad being that we are in the same state :(

Honestly I loved pet flow, up until I lost my autoship discount. I was told it expired. No one ever said it expired. Then I was informed it is now a 0.2% discount on autoship. Not impressed with this at all! I’ve been a loyal customer for years! I buy two bags every three weeks. So sad it has come to this. I’m currently in the process of shopping around for where to buy food. Thanks!

I placed an order two weeks ago. Tracking gave me 3 different dates for arrival. Nothing has arrived an tracking number said it’s on its way?!

I chose Quivk Reorder for my Fromm order. After having to withstand multiple pop up windows offering me things I had no interest in (why do you think Inchose QUICK re-order!), as well as being bombarded with Autoship, I think Imfinally completed my order with PayPal. That was several days ago. No email confirmation that I have seen, no confirmation of shipping, could not find your phone number 9n thecwebsite (I giggled it and found it 8ndependently of the webdite). Couldnt figure out why I had to sign in to another website for customercservice(I had forgotten my Petflow Password). So I phoned, waited 15 minutes and was told to leave a message. Actually, as Inwrite this, please change to 1 star, and I am heading over to the Fromm website to find other Onl8ne sellers!

My order of Orijen freeze-dried dog medallions (2) was pulverized by being packed in the same box with a 25lb bag of dried dog food. The medallions are meant to be crushed and mixed in with my dog's regular food (1 medallion per 2 cups of the dried). Because of the powdered product you delivered it was impossible to accurately measure what one medallion would look like. This is an expensive dog food. You should have done better - like separate boxes.

The process from order to vet confirmation to processing of order was very slow. I ordered my cat's food several weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.

I understand that items may not be returnable during Covid — but this was never explained before I bought my item and I just learned it now. Right after it arrived (quickly) it was clear the item (a brace) would not fit my dog. To return it, I was told to email them. I got a form email immediately saying to be patient during this time. No word for a week and a few days. I go back to the website to discover nothing can be returned. As I said I would not kind if I knew in advance. I wouldnt have bought something that needed fitting. Now I’m stuck with an expensive, useless item. I guess I’ll give to local animal shelter. You should make good on purchases made before your announcement.

I placed an order requiring ADR Rx. But I didn't get any notificationfrom petflow until days later when I thought I would be receiving it by then just to find out that it hadn't even been processed yet because they had not received the prescription from the vet. I should have been notified days earlier not three days later. So. I'm not happy with that experience. I won't order from petflow again. Too many other mail order pet stores that have faster better communication.
